Cool air dances around me,
Leaves crisp beneath my feet,
Inviting me to embrace the Fall season,
Everything pulling inward,
Letting go of that which no longer serves,
Seeds rest dormant in the soil,
Frail grasses bow and fade,
A pause before the sleepy months of winter.
The vibrant colors of the leaves,
Lit aglow as the sun embraces them,
Deep inhalation, I feel alive,
Within me, a stirring that cannot be explained,
Rises to the surface,
Nature whispers – change
The essence of growth and balance.
I embrace this shifting energy,
Like the leaves, I let go,
Following their dance on the wind.
Light fades and darkness follows,
Crickets sing under the starlit sky,
Guidance comes, in the depth of night,
A gentle reminder to embrace the changes of my Soul.

Early fall—the flowers begin to fade, their colors softening as they turn inward. A butterfly lingers, reminding us that change is not an ending but a transformation. Autumn teaches that letting go is not loss, but preparation. In the quieting of the outer world, our inner landscape awakens. May you find peace in the turning, clarity in the stillness, and courage to welcome the unfolding journey of your soul.
