Dear Clients and Friends,

I have recently spent time reflecting on my nearly 40 years as a Natural Health Consultant. Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the quiet inner guidance that has served as my compass, gently leading me toward new learning, deeper understanding, and ever-evolving ways of serving others.

Now I find myself following that same inner compass once again. To honor this next season of growth, I have chosen to extend my sabbatical from my consulting practice until Fall 2026.

During this time, my focus is on writing, completing a course I am currently enrolled in, and creating space for self-care, creativity, and renewal. Writing has become a true joy for me, and I look forward to sharing where this journey leads.

Because I value continuity of care, if you need support during my sabbatical, I will be happy to connect you with a qualified and trusted consultant.

I trust this season will not only replenish me but also prepare me to return with fresh insights, new offerings, and a renewed sense of purpose. Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for walking alongside me on this journey.

With warmth and gratitude,
Valerie
